Flovo is an open-source roadmap visualizer. Give it a goal and a local model turns that goal into an explorable tree.
Flovo has no AI application server and needs no API key. You choose the model stored on your device: Qwen3 Lite/Recommended through Transformers.js, or the larger Gemma 4 Edge/Max models through Google LiteRT-LM. The model is a replaceable provider; the tree renderer, history, UI, and meteor field stay independent.
Roadmap generation is intentionally one model call with at most one automatic retry. Flovo validates the complete result before drawing it.
